Tereza’s artistic journey began during a time of personal and professional burnout. Having come to Scotland to pursue academic and career goals, she found herself at a crossroads and turned to painting as a way to reconnect with herself. Oil painting, with its richness of colour and contemplative pace, became her medium of choice. It offered her the space to make intentional decisions and let her love of texture and movement flourish.

Her work focuses on expressive, semi-abstract landscapes, brought to life through thick, textured layers of paint applied with palette knives and brushes. Each piece invites viewers to experience the essence of a place - the mood, the energy, and the quiet moments that linger.
